Supreme Plans Consultants Limited is a vibrant Physical Planning and Environmental consultancy firm registered with the registrar of companies. The firm is a registered member of Kenya Institute of Planners (KIP), Architectural Association of Kenya -Town Planning Chapter and a member of the Environmental Institute of Kenya (EIK). The principal consultant is registered physical Planner by the Physical Planning Registration Board in Kenya and a Lead expert with NEMA on Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit. The firm has extensive experience in Physical and Land use planning, Environmental planning, development permits applications & development control, Sector Plans, GIS and Mapping. Supreme Plans Consultants Limited provides services to a variety of clientele which include the government, private sector, corporations, real estate developers, institutional and individuals. We have a team of qualified staff who have different specialized skill sets that enable us undertake various assignments. The key personnel include urban and regional planners, environmental consultants, Urban designers, Urban economist, Sociologist, GIS & CAD experts, survey assistants and support staff.
ABOUT THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Plan.Silas Mbaabu is the founder and the Managing Director of Supreme Plans Consultants Limited. He is a registered and practicing Physical Planner (R.P.P. 0249), registered by the Physical Planners Registration Board. He is also registered Lead Expert with NEMA (No. 7637). He is a corporate member of the Kenya Institute of Planners (KIP), the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK) – Town Planning Chapter, the Environmental Institute of Kenya (EIK) and Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
Planner Silas holds a Master’s degree in Urban Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning (B.A.) from the University of Nairobi. He has undertaken Environmental Impact Assessment & Audit training at African Nazarene University and Domestic Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution training with The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
